Painter’s Lodge, Campbell River
The original Painter’s Lodge burnt on Christmas Eve in 1985. However, the Lodge was rebuilt and the new Painter’s Lodge was opened in 1988. The lodge remains a mecca for fishing tourism and attracts thousands of guests each year looking to experience West Coast salmon fishing.
